When it came down to actually charging, I tested it with Sony Ericcson k750i with 900mAh battery and I was able to get 2 and 3/4 charges from Proporta. As far as iPhone charging I managed to get 1 full charge and then I had problems with the device. So if you need battery for the iPhone it can get risky to use battery which doesn't want to charge your device when you want.
